Who We Are
The National Black MBA Association, Inc. (NBMBAA) is a non-profit association of MBAs and other business professionals including entrepreneurs and MBA students. We have over 8,000 members in 43 professional chapters throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, there are 13 chapters on college campuses serving undergraduate business students
Our geographical diversity is strong, encompassing chapters in the United States and members at-large in Africa, Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America.

Our vision is to be the premier business organization serving black professionals. The Milwaukee Chapter strives to build intellectual economic wealth for the African American community.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to the personal and professional EMPOWERMENT of our members and to increasing corporate DIVERSITY.
We provide INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS to stimulate the intellectual growth of our members.
We develop PARTNERSHIPS with corporations, universities and community organizations who share our vision.
We increase awareness of GRADUATE MANAGEMENT EDUCATION programs.
We facilitate access to CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN MANAGEMENT fields
