Why do companies partner with the NBMBAA?
NBMBAA partners share our commitment to corporate diversity. NBMBAA officers work with our partners to develop a customized program to meet their diversity and/or marketing needs. Here are some of the benefits of partnering with the National Black MBA Association – Milwaukee Chapter
- Recruitment – Identify diverse talent for your organization from our membership and our “extended family.”
- Retention – Increase retention of your existing diverse talent through professional development programs and social/networking events that improve job performance and deepen their involvement with Milwaukee.
- Marketing & Sales – Access to our membership to market your products & services to an upscale, multi-cultural audience.
How to Become a Corporate Partner
We welcome an opportunity to talk with your organization about how the NBMBAA can assist you in achieving your goals. The partnership generally begins with an informal meeting between your team and our President, our Vice President of Administration and our Strategic Partner Relations Chair. Supporting our officers is our Strategic Partner Relations committee, which is available to answer any questions you might have. In addition, our Programs Committee stands ready to work with your team to help plan and execute your upcoming projects.
If you would like to schedule a meeting with our leadership team, simply send us an e-mail at nbmbaa_milwaukee@ureach.com. We will get back to you promptly.
